PANS provides telemedicine integrated with our electronic medical record.

 

How do I access my telemedicine visit?

Optimally, you should access the visit in MyChart — either on your computer or with the MyChart mobile app. You will be able to E-check-in and then join the visit in one streamlined process. Please login at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete check-in and make sure your audio/visual equipment is working.

If you have not activated your MyChart account, you can receive a link to the visit in an email message. To make future virtual visits as easy as possible, please sign up for MyChart. To sign up, call our office at 847-256-6480.

You should receive MyChart and/or email notifications about your upcoming visit with more details & who to call if you have questions.

Will PANS still have walk-in hour on Mondays?

Yes! You will be able to SELF-schedule your appointment through MyChart on Mondays from 8-9am. Keep in mind that the “appointment time” is approximate and the provider will see patients in the order they are scheduled. Please continue to respect the guidelines below for walk-in appointments.

  • These visits are for established patients with acute problems only

  • Please obtain as many of the following vital signs as you can before the visit:

    • weight, temperature, pulse rate, breathing rate, oxygen level with pulse oximeter

  • An in-person appointment may be deemed necessary and scheduling will be facilitated
